AIRFREIGHT SUPERVISOR  (Kuching)
Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the airfreight department.
Coordinate import and export shipments with airlines, agents, customers, and internal departments.
Ensure all shipping documentation complies with customs and airline requirements.
Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
Lead, guide, and support the airfreight team to achieve operational efficiency.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely shipment delivery.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in airfreight or freight forwarding operations.
Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
