
HR AND ADMIN OFFICER – Northbank Kuching
Responsibilities:
o Handle full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative functions.
o Monthly payroll preparation.
o Assists in renewal of foreign worker working permit, AP, and others related matter with foreign worker.
o Managing office supplies, equipment and maintenance.
o Handling in renewal of government license, company car insurance & road tax, Puspakom, machineries and
vehicle application including preparing related documents and etc.
o Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
o Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
o To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
o Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related
field.
o At least 1 year experience in Human Resource.
o Analytical, well organized and able to work within tight deadline.
o Computer literate and familiar with HR system and payroll software.
o High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
o Accuracy and attention to detail.
o Good knowledge and understanding of Industrial relation, local labour law and practices and other relevant
matter laws pertaining to employment in Malaysia.
o Positive mindset, result-oriented and innovative individual who is fast-paced, resourceful and proactive.
