Job Responsibilities:
Administrative work in terms of preparing agreement and related documentations.
Perform disbursement of loans and stamping of agreement on time.
Timely mailing of agreement and notices and relevant documents to hirer.
Perform, deposit, approval and repayment from online payment, and issuance of payment receipts to customer.
Execute and monitor Direct Debit instructions on customer’s account.
Develop, maintain and update customer listing to keep record of existing and new customers.
Maintain an accurate list of record for all payment receipts provided by Collection Officer and key in the payment to the system in a timely manner.
Responsible for the operation of the office environment, provide support and ensures that the physical workplace is well-maintained, safe and fully equipped to support business activities.
To update defaulter’s account in CTOS system.
Proper and systematic documentation filling.
Liaise with various departments head office on Hire Purchase and office matters such as payments, claims, ownership transfer.
Ad hoc jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in administration, preferably in financial and service line.
Proficient in Microsoft – Word and Excel.
Good organizing and coordinating skills.
Able to perform tasks with minimum guidance.
