JOB SCOPE
Performs administrative and clerical duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of an office.
Key responsibilities include managing correspondence and phone calls, ordering and maintaining office supplies, handling data entry and filing, supporting HR and finance functions, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors.
Manage office system, liaise with vendors, and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENT
Female between 23 – 39 years old.
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years related working experience in similar capacity.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Ms Words, Excel, Power Point etc.
Able to meet tight deadlines, independent, seft-motivated, proactive and positive working attitudes.
Good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possessing skills in using AutoCAD.
