ADMIN CUM ACCOUNT CLERK - 1 post (Immediate Hiring) (KUCHING)
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and ensure administrative processes run efficiently.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Prepare, organize, and maintain filing systems, records, and documentation.
Support onboarding of new employees and maintain personnel records.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense claims when required.
Record daily financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Maintain proper accounting documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration and/or accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
