3–5 years of experience (Developer or reputable Consultancy background preferred).
Strong drawing interpretation skills and solid contractual/technical writing acumen.
Manage and review C&S consultant designs for efficiency and value engineering.
Oversee contractors' site progress, technical method statements, and quality assurance.
Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve architectural, structural, and M&E conflicts.
Protect project timelines, budget, and contractual interests.
