TECHNICIAN (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY)
Job description:
To provide technical support to users and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and IT equipment, etc.
Requirements:
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is an added advantage.
Required skill(s):
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and LAN/Wi-Fi setup.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and email systems.
Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
