Requirements
An established Sarawak-based Architectural Consultant firm invites suitable candidate to apply for the following position: -

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in an architectural role.
Able to liaise with consultants, authorities and contractors.
Good knowledge in technical details for site coordination.
Proficient in standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) and familiar with Generative AI tools.
Candidate with eSPA knowledge will be top priority.
Able to handle fast-paced environments and work well under pressure.
Suitable candidate may start immediately.
Salary range RM4,000 and above.

Job Description
Assist in preparing design drawings, layouts and authority submission documents.
Collaborate with structural engineers, contractor, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Help to integrate AI tools into the daily design workflows and maintain the office prompt library.
Day to day follow up on authority submission.
