QS OFFICER

QS OFFICER (KUCHING)

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to handle project costing, claims, VO, and site-based work.

Location: Kuching

What you will do:
Project costing & tracking
Progress claims & VO
Site visits to check work progress
Subcontractor & supplier claim checking
Assist in WIP & project reporting
Work closely with site team & accounts
Requirements:
QS Diploma/Degree
1–3 years construction QS experience (contractor side preferred)
Comfortable going to site
Able to use Microsoft Office
Independent, responsible, willing to learn
