JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive individual to support the company’s administrative and human resource functions while ensuring company records, licences and staff documentation are always up to date.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle daily office administration and documentation.
Manage emails, correspondence, filing and records.
Maintain staff records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding.
Monitor staff competency, training and certificate validity.
Manage company licence renewals (CIDB, UPKJ, MOF & others).
Prepare letters, reports and meeting minutes.
Support payroll and HR administration.
Coordinate with government agencies, clients and external service providers.
Remind Management and Operations of important deadlines and renewals.
Respond promptly to WhatsApp, calls and emails.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physically fit
Possess own transport and valid driving license
Able to work in a team
