Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
Purchase office supplies and manage office operations
Process salary slips and assist with employee onboarding/offboarding
Handle staff leave applications, claims, and track attendance
Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, interviews arrangement
Manage petty cash and track expenses
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management
Requirements:
Minimum STPM / Diploma / Degree; Experience in office management is an advantage
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Attention to detail and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Computer literate with proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in Mandarin & English
Possess own transportation
