STATION SUPERVISOR - Kota Samarahan
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily station operations and staff 
Ensure smooth and efficient station activities 
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance 
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements 
Assist in resolving operational issues and customer enquiries 
Prepare reports and maintain operational records 
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification 
Supervisory experience is an added advantage 
Good leadership and communication skills 
Computer literate 
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently 
Willing to work flexible hours when required
