1. QA ASSISTANT – Kuching, Sarawak
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
Ensure daily adherence to SOP and food safety management systems, including HACCP, GMP, and Halal.
Maintain accurate traceability records for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Assist in investigating and reporting quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints when required.
Assist in sample collection, testing, and evaluation of products.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in QA/QC within the F&B or manufacturing industry.
Familiar with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and Halal, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Good knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
