ADMIN CLERK (Kuching)
Main Responsibilities 
To assist in day to day operations efficiently
Maintain proper filing system, ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval
Perform adhoc task when assigned
Prepare essential documentation
Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate   parties as necessary
Prepare document tender
Register & Renewal license UPKJ,CIDB, MOF 
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at SPM & DIPLOMA (Fresh graduate)
Computer literate, good in Microsoft Words & Excel
Able to work multitask, under pressure, independently & adhere to deadlines with minimum supervision
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Able to commence work immediately will be an added advantage
Driving License will be advantage & own transport
 

ADVERTISER (Construction Company) - 1. ADMIN CLERK (Kuching), SPM & DIPLOMA, Minimum 3 years relevant experience, assist day to day operations, filing, tender documents and license renewal
2. CHARGEMAN/WIREMAN (G1&G2) (L1/L2/L3/L4) (Sarawak), Certificate of Chargeman/Competency, Minimum 1-year relevant work experience, address workplace hazards and ensure safety compliance
3. CIVIL & STRUCTURE ENGINEER (C&S) (Sarawak), Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Minimum 3 years, manage construction planning, coordinate projects and inspect project sites
4. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Kuching), Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor, 1 or 2 years experience, prepare tender documents, progress claims and Variation Orders
5. M&E ENGINEER (Sarawak), Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Minimum 1 year working experience, analyse overhead, solar system and street lighting
