PROJECT ADMINISTRATIVE - Kuching
Responsibilities
Coordinate project documentation, correspondence, and filing.
Monitor project schedules, deliveries, and project milestones.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments on project matters.
Prepare and maintain quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, inspection reports, and project records.
Assist in project invoicing, progress claims, and payment follow-ups.
Support project managers and engineers in project planning and execution.
Coordinate site mobilization requirements, including manpower, materials, permits, and logistics.
Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
Track project progress and provide timely updates to the project team.
Ensure proper document control and compliance with project requirements.
Assist with site documentation, safety records, and submission of reports.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project administration, project coordination, engineering, construction, or industrial projects.
Experience working on industrial, construction, oil & gas, power plant, or manufacturing project sites is preferred.
Familiar with site documentation, work permits, progress reporting, and project coordination activities.
Willing to travel and visit project sites when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with AutoCount, ERP systems, or project management software is an added advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Preferred Attributes
Familiarity with HSE requirements and site safety practices.
Experience coordinating site inspections, deliveries, and subcontractors.
Ability to read engineering drawings and project documents will be an added advantage.
