OPERATION CLERK - Kuching
Requirements:
Possess SPM, STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, (e.g. MS Word, Excel).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and English.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiency.
Willing to travel for stock checks, site visits or other company related duties when required.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Non-Muslim candidates only, due to the handling and sale of non-halal products.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock information is updated in a timely manner.
Record and monitor stock movements using inventory management systems and relevant documentation.
Conduct stock checks and assist in inventory reconciliation activities.
Report any stock discrepancies, shortages, damages or losses to Management promptly.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper filing of inventory related documents.
Provide administrative and clerical support for daily operations.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior / Management.
Additional information:
Training and guidance will be provided.
Able to start work immediately is preferred.
