Manage and monitor company vehicle road tax and insurance renewals to ensure all vehicles remain compliant and up to date.
Coordinate and arrange PUSPAKOM inspections for company lorries.
Collect, prepare, and submit tender documents from government departments.
Handle banking matters and company-related documentation.
Deliver invoices and documents to government departments and clients.
Maintain proper office records and documentation.
Possess a valid driving license.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, document preparation).
Minimum SPM qualification.
