OPERATIONS MANAGER (Kuching)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across the bakery and café
Lead and manage outlet teams to ensure smooth operations and strong customer experience
Improve workflows, SOPs, systems, and operational efficiency
Coordinate closely with kitchen, service, marketing, and management teams
Monitor staff performance, scheduling, inventory, wastage, and overall operational standards
Ensure consistency in product quality, cleanliness, and service standards
Assist in business growth, sales initiatives, and expansion planning
Help build a positive, disciplined, and service-oriented team culture
Job Requirements:
Experience in operations, management, hospitality, retail, or F&B
Strong leadership and people management skills
Organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
Passionate about quality food, hospitality, and customer experience
Experience managing teams or multiple outlets is an advantage
