Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Mechanical Engineering / others  field
Those without tertiary qualification but with working experience in related field will also be considered
At least 10 years working experience in similar field preferably in building materials industry
Possess strong leadership, self-motivated & committed.
Good interpersonal skill & good command of spoken & written Mandarin, English & Malay
Plan, oversee & organize overall factory operation 
Salary will commensurate with qualification & working experience
