As part of our continued growth, we are opening a new office in Bintulu and are seeking passionate, ambitious, and 
digitally savvy individuals to join our pioneering team.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Your Role
As an Education Consultant & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in guiding students towards their 
    academic and career aspirations while helping to grow MMS's presence in the Bintulu market.

Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Counselling
Advise students and parents on education pathways and study options
Guide students through the application, admission, and visa process
Follow up enquiries and convert leads into successful enrolments
Build long-term relationships with students, parents, schools, and partners

Marketing & Business Development
Plan and execute student recruitment campaigns
Organise school visits, education fairs, seminars, and promotional events
Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organisations
Identify new opportunities to expand MMS's reach in the region

Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Manage and support social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
Create engaging content including videos, reels, posts, and student success stories
Assist with digital advertising campaigns and lead generation activities
Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas for growth

Administration & CRM Management
Maintain accurate student records and CRM databases
Prepare reports and ensure documentation is complete and compliant
Support day-to-day office operations

Who We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Minimal working experience 
Strong communication skills in English (Writing and Speaking)  and Mandarin (Speaking)
Bahasa Melayu proficiency is an added advantage
Confident interacting with students, parents, and stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Good digital literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Possess own transport and valid driving licence
Willing to travel within Sarawak when required

Preferred Qualities
Experience in education, sales, marketing, recruitment, customer service, or digital marketing
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or other content creation tools
Experience managing social media accounts or online communities
Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
