
ACCOUNT OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Processing and handling of Account Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Accounting, Fixed Assets.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices into the accounting software.
Check, verify and process supplier invoices/debit notes and liaise with supplier on discrepancies.
Liaise with suppliers, auditors, bankers, tax agents and external consultants.
Maintain proper filing of account documents for record keeping.
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement
Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Being familiar with accounting systems will be an added advantage.
Good team work and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Accounting Software.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
