QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Muara Tabuan Kuching, Sarawak
We are looking for a responsible and committed Quantity Surveyor / Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our 
interior design & build team.

Requirements / Job Scope:
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design 
    or related field 
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 
Experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction works is an advantage 
Able to read drawings and prepare quantity take-off 
Prepare BQ, tender documents, quotations and cost estimates 
Source supplier and subcontractor quotations 
Assist in project costing, budget control and material ordering 
Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts 
Coordinate with project team, suppliers and subcontractors 
Good Microsoft Excel skills 
AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage 
Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn
