SALES EXECUTIVE

SALES EXECUTIVE - Kuching
SPM, Diploma or equivalent
Experience in sales, customer service, building materials, construction, ironmongery,   metal works or related industries will be an advantage.
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email & WhatsApp
Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn technical product knowledge
Able to work independently and follow up with customers consistently
Good attitude and strong problem - solving skills
Possess own transport will be an advantages
Follow up with new and existing customers on enquiries, quotations and orders
Assist customers with product information, specifications and basic technical support
Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales documents and customer record
Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets
Attend site visits or customer meetings when required
Report customer feedback, market information and sales progress to management
Coordinate with internal teams on customer requirements, drawings, delivery schedules   and order status
Handle customer questions professionally through phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person   communication
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, contractors, dealers and project teams
