PROCUREMENT
Job Responsibilities:
To source and procure materials, works and services based on the specific requirement.
To ensure efficient delivery of the purchased item or services in meeting the targeted deadline of the organization.
Monitoring on the delivery of goods purchased as per date required to meet the timeline of all projects.
To comply with the organization’s standard policy and procedure and adaptive towards the established procuring system.
To continuously work towards improving the procurement system and processes.
Work closely with internal teams such as Project Manager/ engineer/ Site Supervisor for project materials to understand the project scope.
Carry out any other ad hoc tasks assigned to you which the management deems fits and necessary.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Project Management or related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Proficiency in procurement processes, negotiation techniques and vendor management.
Poses own transport and driving license.
Able to work independently and perform overtime whenever needed.
