QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Betong)
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor. 
At least 2 – 3 years working experience.
Self-Starter and fast learner, independent and able to work in team and with minimum supervision.
Ability in allocating priorities and to achieve tight deadlines for tender process.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project) 
Possess own transportation and willing to work outstation. 
Responsible for:
Pre and post contract management, monitoring materials, constructions cost and procurement, variation order   and final materials. 
Familiar in Measurement and Material Quantity Take-off, Form of contract and JKR Standard Specifications. 
Tender costing and preparation of tender documents for submission. 
Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims and verify the sub-contractors’ monthly claims 
Ensure the tender documents, Letter Award, Bill Quantities, Contract Documents, Quotation submissions   are in order.
