
ACCOUNT CLERK CUM GENERAL ADMIN
Based in Kuching, Sarawak
Responsibilities :
Account clerk : Data entry, preparing purchase order, invoices, payment voucher and assisting in preparing report
Contract department : Supporting during tendering and project phases
Administrative task : Correspondence, data entry and general office duties, including ad-hoc responsibilities as needed
Job Requirements :
At least SPM 3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles (Experience in construction filed will be an added advantage)
Proficiency in using SQL accounting software and MS Office applications
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, contribute ideas to help improve company processes and multitasking
A proactive mindset with eagerness to grow together with the company
with proficient in Mandarin, Malay and English languages and with short notice
