INVOICING ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities;
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure all invoicing information is complete and accurate based on job sheets, service reports, contracts, and supporting documents.
Update and maintain invoicing records and customer information in the company's system.
Assist in monitoring outstanding invoices and preparing related reports.
Liaise with the Operations, Sales, and Accounts departments and other branches to ensure smooth billing processes.
Organize and maintain proper filing of invoices, contracts, and customer records.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum SPM (Secondary School Certificate), Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in invoicing, billing, administration, or accounting will be an added advantage.
Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Email.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to speak Mandarin and Chinese dialects will be an advantage
