PARTS OFFICER - (Kuching)
Job Decription
Manage and Maintain the physical parts storage at service location.
Monitor and maintain stock levels and submit ordering recommendations
Ensure parts orders were filled and delivered accurately and efficiently.
Follow up all purchase orders and resolve any discrepancy for all purchase orders.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering information.
Requirements
Diploma / Certificate in Automotive or its equivalent
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Pleasant personality
Result-oriented, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
