PRODUCTION OPERATOR (SHIFT MILLER)
Requirement:
Minimum SPM/STPM with a passed in English
Preferably with a Diploma In Engineering of any discipline with minimum 2 years working  experiences in Manufacturing Industry
Able to communicate in English 
Able to work on shift
Able to work overtime when required
On the job-training will be provided
Possess own transport 
Responsible team player with good attitude and willing to learn and share with internal staff of all levels
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal staff of all levels.
Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage
Working experience in flour milling would be an added advantage 
Role Requirement:
To assist and taking instructions from his supervisor in accordance with the day to day   production.
To carry out any given orders properly towards all aspects of flour production.
To maintain good housekeeping, 6S, hygiene and to be dust explosion conscious.
To adjust equipment to settings outlined in the appropriate operating manuals.
To ensure mill capacity is maintained.
To perform preventive maintenance and cleaning activity on machinery and silo.
To generate and carry out various continuous sustaining and improvement actions & activities in   milling plant to improve department KPI in terms of Safety, Cost, Quality and Speed.
