QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with at least 2 to 3 years related working experience
Quantity taking off
Provide cost and material estimates
Keep track of construction materials and inventory
Track changes in plans/constructions; update budgets
Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
Knowledge in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Project system is an added advantage

 

 

JAGOH BINA SDN BHD - 1. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Kuching), Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; at least 2 to 3 years related working experience; Provide cost and material estimates. 2. CIVIL & STRUCTURAL SITE ENGINEER/SITE SUPERVISOR (Kuching), Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering; At least 2 to 3 years working experience; coordinating construction works. 3. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE/ACCOUNTS CLERK (Kuching), Diploma in Accounting or equivalent; At least 2-3 years working experience in Accounting; Handle full set of accounts. 4. PROJECT MANAGER (Engkilili, Sri Aman), Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; At least 10 years experience; Coordinate and monitor work schedules.
