CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - Miri and Kuching
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall construction activities for assigned projects.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion in accordance with project schedules.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
Manage project resources including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Monitor project costs and resource utilization to achieve budget objectives.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
Enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements across all project activities.
Prepare and present project progress reports to management.
Resolve project issues and provide effective solutions to maintain project performance.
Accountable for QA/QC management and quality control on site.
Setting up detailed construction schedule and sequence based on approved Project Execution Plan
Lead construction interfaces with multiple engineering disciplines and cub-contractors
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 3 years’ experience in environmental management
Competent in Malaysia safety regulations & standard and environmental law & regulations.
This position to be based on Julau, Sarikei & Kuching, Sarawak
