ADMIN CUM ACCOUNT CLERK - Kota Samarahan
Job Responsibilities
Perform daily data entry and process accounting transactions using the AutoCount Accounting System.
Prepare and issue invoices, cash sales and payment vouchers.
Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Ensure all accounting records and supporting documents are properly filed and maintained.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma and Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficient in AutoCount Accounting System (mandatory).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Knowledge of AP, AR, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
