
HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER - Miri
Responsibilities :
Recruit, train and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including room attendants and supervisors. Foster a positive work environment, emphasizing teamwork, professionalism and attention to detail.
Develop and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficient task completion. Assign specific duties to housekeeping staff, including room cleaning, laundry services and public area maintenance.
Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary cleaning materials are always available.
Develop and manage the housekeeping budget, forecasting expenses and optimizing cost efficiency.
Coordinate with front desk, maintenance and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements :
Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of housekeeping experience in similar position
Strong communication and organizational skills.
