CIVIL ENGINEERING - Sarawak 
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years working experience in a construction firm as site engineer is an advantage
Must be flexible to travel to project sites in Sarawak.
Excellent knowledge of construction industry, technology, methodology, management and contract. 
Excellent mathematical, scientific and IT skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and methodical way of thinking. 
Good at listening, following instructions and communication skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Well verse in JKR and PAM form of contract, Uniform Building by Laws, Sarawak Building Ordinance,   Local Authorities Requirements and understand the implications of Health and Safety Regulations.
Well organised, able to work independently and able to meet deadlines. 
Computer literate in Microsoft Project, Excel, Words, Power Point, AutoCad and BIM software.
Job Duties:
To manage construction project and overseeing building work.
To undertake surveys, setting out and organising facilities.
To check technical designs and construction drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. 
To supervise contracted site workers. 
To liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants and other professionals.
To prepare site reports and diary, filling RFI and QAQC, and other paperwork. 
To ensure that health and safety, and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
