
RECEIVING OFFICER - Demak Laut Industrial Park, Kuching
Job Description
Receive and inspect incoming goods, materials, and deliveries.
Verify quantity, quality, and specifications against Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders
PO), and invoices.
Record and update receiving information in the inventory or ERP system.
Ensure all received items are properly labelled and stored in designated locations.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding deliveries.
Report damaged, missing, or non-conforming items to the relevant department.
Prepare and maintain receiving records, documents, and filing systems.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Experience in warehouse, logistics, receiving, or inventory management is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, ERP).
Able to communicate effectively and work independently.
Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities
