SALES REPRESENTATIVES  RM 1700 - RM 4000
JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring Sales Representatives to grow and manage sales across retail & F&B customers in Kuching.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for building customer relationships, increasing outlet coverage, ensuring 
product availability, supporting promotions, and driving sales growth for our frozen and chilled food products.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys field sales, customer visits, retail execution, and achieving sales targets. 
You are encouraged to apply even if you do not have prior experience, as long as you are passionate about learning 
retail sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Outlet Management
Visit assigned retail & F&B customers regularly.
Promote and sell the company’s frozen and chilled food products to existing and potential customers.
Build strong relationships with outlet owners, purchasers, store managers, and F&B operators.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand outlet coverage across Kuching.
Product Availability & Sales Growth
Ensure Desa Milk products are available, properly displayed, and well-stocked in outlets.
Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving SKUs and recommend actions to improve sales.
Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with the delivery team when needed.
Support sales growth by pushing the right products to the right outlets.
Merchandising & Retail Execution
Ensure Desa Milk products are displayed neatly and correctly in chillers or assigned retail space.
Check product pricing, expiry dates, stock condition, and product visibility.
Support in-store promotions, sampling activities, seasonal campaigns, and display setups.
Ensure rented or agreed retail space is properly utilized.
Customer Support & Reporting
Handle customer requests and sales enquiries professionally.
Provide market feedback on competitor activities, customer demand, and outlet issues.
Report outlet visits, sales progress, stock issues, and promotion feedback to management.
Work closely with the internal sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Experience in sales, merchandising, retail, FMCG, or food distribution is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage daily outlet visits.
Proactive, responsible, and target-driven.
Basic understanding of stock control, product display, and retail operations.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and visiting customers around Kuching.
Passionate about sales and customer relationship building.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in FMCG sales, retail sales, merchandising, or food service sales is an advantage.
Fresh candidates with good attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
