
SALES EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market the company’s range of building materials and construction products
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and project owners
Conduct regular visits to project sites, offices, and customers to introduce products and provide technical/ product information
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and upcoming construction projects
Prepare proposals, and sales reports in a timely manner
Coordinate closely with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
Requirements
Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in building materials, construction, hardware, or related sales industry will be an added advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Professional attitude with the ability to build long-term client relationships
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Possess valid driving license and own transportation
Willing to travel for client visits and project meetings
Candidates with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be preferred.
