REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
3-5 years of relevant construction experience
Proficient in QS software & Microsoft Excel
Strong negotiation and contract knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage project budgets and cost estimations
Handle tendering, bills of quantities, and contracts
Process progress claims, variations, and final accounts
