SITE SUPERVISOR

SITE SUPERVISOR - Kuching
Responsibilities:
To supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site.
To coordinate and oversee workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
To ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
To monitor work progress and report updates. 
To conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
To enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and site rules.
To manage site manpower, materials, machinery and equipment efficiently.
To identify and resolve site issues, delays or technical problems promptly.
To maintain proper site records including attendance, work progress and material usage.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Superior.
Requirements: 
SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Knowledge of construction methods, safety practices and quality control procedures will be an added advantage.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is preferred.
Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
CIDB Green Card (if applicable).
