SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (KUCHING, MIRI)
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business and market opportunities.
Engage with potential clients and create business opportunities. 
Build and enhance business relationships with new and existing clients. 
Negotiate and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
Go to site to view and take site measurement before issue quotations to customers.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least SPM qualification or above.
Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
Experience in building maintenance is an added advantage.
Possess D driving license.
Highly motivated to grow and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
