HR CLERK - Kuching
Manage employee payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Manage employee payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Maintain up-to-date staff records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and   mandatory statutory requirements.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Handles all the foreign workers pass application, renewal and cancellation and deal directly with   Immigration Department of Malaysia to ensure such activities and its standards comply with relevant   Acts and legal demands..
To monitor staff attendance, i.e. punctuality, leave application, etc.
Handle employee relations including disciplinary actions and grievances.
Assist with payroll administration and employee data management.
Coordinate employee benefits and act as the point of contact for inquiries.
Handling and ensuring the compliance to the statutory contribution requirements such as KWSP,   PERKESO, LHDN, and others..
 

JELAS ENTERPRISE - 1. ACCOUNT CLERK (Kuching), Possess a Degree in Accounting or equivalent, At least 1 year minimum working experience
2. SITE ENGINEER (Kuching), Fresh graduate in degree civil engineering is encouraged to fill in the post, Oversee and manage construction activities
3. ADMIN CLERK (Kuching), Diploma / Degree in Business or related, Excellent organizational and time-management skills
