EXECUTIVE, SAFETY & HEALTH - Kuching
Job Description:
Plan, implement, and monitor HSE programs, training, and site compliance activities, including liaison with relevant authorities (DOSH, DOE, Fire Department) to ensure regulatory compliance.
Conduct site inspections, HIRARC, risk assessments, incident investigations, and prepare HSE reports and documentation to support HSE management system.
Ensure compliance with ISO 14001/45001, OSH requirements, hazardous waste management, and drive continuous HSE improvement initiatives including system updates and action tracking.
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or equivalent and registered OSH Coordinator or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
Relevant Experience & Years of Service:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing or plant operations.
Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge:
Knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, HIRARC, risk assessment, ISO 14001/45001, and HSE reporting and investigation processes.
