INSPECTOR-OF-WORKS (Based iin Limbang)
We are seeking a qualified and competent Inspector-of-Works to join our team, with relevant experience in 
supervising road and bridge construction projects in Limbang.
Experience: 4-10 years of relevant working experience
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor road and bridge construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings,   specifications, and contract requirements.
Record daily site activities, work progress, inspections, and non-conformance issues.
Assist the Resident Engineer in site inspections, monitoring, reporting, and coordination activities.
Verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction methods adopted on site.
Ensure safety practices, environmental requirements, and traffic management measures are properly   implemented and maintained on site.
Witness testing and inspection activities and maintain proper site records and documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma holder in Civil Engineering from recognized university.
Registered with BEM as Inspector-of-Works.
4 to 10 years site experience in supervision of bridges / road works.
Familiar with construction drawings and specifications.
Able to monitor site quality, workmanship and safety compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills with contractors and consultants.
Proficient in preparing site reports, inspection records, and daily site diaries.
Possess valid driving license.
Those without Diploma are also encouraged to apply.
