MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
Job Description:
Co-ordinate day to day operations including facility maintenance, security & housekeeping.
Monitor performance of service providers and act as liaison between tenants, management, authorities, ensuring compliance.
Administrative task on operational activities and coordinating events or promotion.
To perform work related activities as assigned by Management as and when required.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree or equivalent in relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team.
Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
