WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR (Kuching)
Responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and 
dispatching of goods. The role ensures inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, compliance with safety 
procedures, and efficient warehouse operations while supporting continuous improvement and operational 
excellence.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and stock management practices.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software is an advantage.
Good understanding of receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of workplace safety and warehouse compliance requirements.
Forklift certification will be an added advantage (if applicable).
