SERVICE ADVISOR (Kota Samarahan)
Job Responsibilities:
To attend promptly to customers' need for servicing/repairing of vehicles
To provide advice to customers on proper maintenance of their vehicles
To ensure effective implementation of customer retention activities
Assist in the achievement of the outlet's service and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Young, energertic, self motivated and pleasant personality
Excellent team player with strong customer centric attitude
Result oriented person
Possess a valid driving licence
Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
