Job Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Familiarity with accounting software such as Autocount/SQL is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Possess own vehicle
Job Description
Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
Perform bank reconciliation and update financial records.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and receipts.
Support the accounts team during audit and tax preparation.
Maintain and organize company documents and records.
Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
Schedule meetings and appointments for management.
Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
Assist with preparation of reports, letters, and presentations.
Support HR administrative tasks such as leave records and staff files.
