OPERATION SUPERVISOR

OPERATION SUPERVISOR - Bintawa, Kuching
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations   Management, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
Experience in operations, delivery coordination, sales, or customer service, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing,   or distribution industry, will be an added advantage
Experience in supervising or leading a delivery or operations team is an added advantage
Possess good planning and coordination skills to ensure smooth delivery and operational performance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the assigned areas
Proficiency in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
