JUNIOR HR EXECUTIVE - Kuching
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years working experience in HR, admin, or clerical role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, data entry, and report preparation
Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes, including attendance tracking, payroll support, and employee records management
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling tasks and documentation
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficiency in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
