ACCOUNTANT (URGENT) - Kuching
Full-Time – Insights Analytics Technologies Sdn Bhd, ICOM Square
Working Hours: From 8 am to 5 pm
Workdays: Monday to Friday only
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and update the company’s accounting system to ensure accurate financial records.
Handle monthly financial closing and reporting for subsidiaries.
Monitor accounts receivable and carry out credit collection activities to ensure timely payments.
Manage e-invoicing submission processes and resolve any related discrepancies or issues.
Arrange and process payments via cheque, online transfer, telegraphic transfer (TT), and other approved   methods.
Administer monthly payroll and ensure timely submission of yearly company-related statutory filings.
Prepare and submit SST returns in accordance with regulatory requirements and timelines.
Prepare, issue, and reconcile debit and credit notes as required.
Any other assignments from time to time set by the Chief Financial Officer.
Job Requirements:
MIA member qualification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of related working experience; audit experience is added advantage.
Attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
Able to manage deadlines and self-discipline.
Good working knowledge of statutory act related to financial instruments.
